mechanism I’ve found so far. It’s a process that allows looking into ideas to see how they hold up in the searchlight of questioning.
Maybe you’ve had reflective moments when you stand back and ask yourself how you’ve spent your time. And perhaps you notice that time has gone by and you didn’t get to what matters most. The way you get things done is to start and continue until it’s finished or becomes part of who you are. It’s the “just do it” decisions that allow you to make room for what matters most. And then you notice that time has gone by with no regrets and that makes you smile. Life has a way of continuing to move forward along the path you’ve set … a path that can bring the experience of blissful moments with it, if you are moving forward, in some way, with the direction you want to go. When you love what you do, what you do transcends the work, even though it may take work to do it! Blissful work or leisure is making time for something that on reflection is time well spent. So how do you follow your bliss? 1) Work like you’re making a contribution. 2) Love like no one has hurt you. 3) Play like no one is watching. 4) Sing along with the music every chance you get. 5) Live as if this was already paradise. May your day be peaceful and productive |
