Let "listen to learn" be your mantra today.
 
By embracing the skill of listening, your entire presence is required. You must dedicate yourself to hearing others and absorbing their words without the urge to interrupt.
 
Thinking about your response interrupts listening as much as speaking before someone is complete. Challenge yourself to perceive through a lens of discovery rather than immediately seeking to respond or pointing out flaws or errors. Listen from a mindset of what's possible instead of what's wrong.
 
Every voice has something to offer, and by adopting a "listen to learn" approach, you pave the way for evolutionary growth and a deeper, more meaningful connection with others.
