How do you build resilience during times that are chaotic and busy? Replace chaos with clarity. Start with one thing. Choose one task and focus on doing it well. Let go of the mental clutter by sorting everything else into one of three lists: 1. Important tasks: Include what must be completed and by when. 2. Possibilities: Things you might explore later. 3. Not going to do it: Be honest and let these go. Once you’ve cleared the noise, return to the one thing you’re doing and focus entirely on that task. Celebrate your progress along the way—and also when you finish. Over time, the effort of planning and doing will become second nature, and you’ll find resilience growing with each step.
