There is a difference between taking a break on your goals and drifting or wavering from what you KNOW brings you long-term fulfillment. It’s not about the occasional day of “sleeping in.” It’s when a few days—or even weeks—of retreat turn into a total deviation from your goals. When you notice that you’re driving in the wrong direction, you turn around. Do the same with your goals. Don’t let a slip-up derail your motivation to stay on course. Comments are closed.
