Take a moment each day to thank someone. There are so many ways to express gratitude—tell someone what you appreciate about them, share the unique gift you see in them, or let them know how their light brightens the world around you. Appreciation is a gift you can offer every day. Even with those who may challenge your patience, pause and look a little deeper; you may be surprised by the qualities worth acknowledging.
