Hurt feelings and complaints can weigh you down—but breakthroughs and ease are always possible. Remember, you have a choice. This doesn't mean ignoring your emotions or your mental state. It means recognizing that your health depends on finding the lesson in what happened and allowing yourself to stay whole. There's no benefit in lingering in discomfort longer than necessary.
