#FeedYourSoul
Why are we so hard on ourselves? Have you ever heard someone say "no" or "I don't agree with you" and immediately jumped to the conclusion that they don't like or respect you? It's easy to fall into that trap. And when these moments pile up, we start collecting them as evidence that feeds our worst fears: not good enough, can't move forward. So here's something to practice: When you catch yourself interpreting a situation in a way that holds you back, pause. Choose to analyze it in a way that helps you see another step to move forward. Remember, being hard on yourself only keeps you stuck. Be kind to yourself and interpret situations in a way that empowers you—because that next step might be the one that changes everything. Feed your soul, not your fears. Comments are closed.
