It's completely natural to feel awful when things don't go your way. But as soon as you can, take a moment to notice what you're saying to yourself. Can you distinguish between the limiting stories you're telling and the facts of a situation? If you're not quite there yet, ease into considering that it's those stories that may be driving your actions and holding you back from moving forward. Notice when you place more attention on what limits you instead of what empowers you. Give yourself some grace and gently shift your focus. As soon as you notice those limiting thoughts, choose to step away from them. You've got the power to create a new story! Comments are closed.
