What’s chasing you? If a negative thought is chasing you, stop running. Turn around and face it. That’s when the chase ends, and the resolution begins. The most significant block to change is believing that nothing can change.
 
Meet the moment. It’s okay to feel uncomfortable—that’s how you know you’re on the edge of something new: a fresh idea, a different solution, a new way of thinking. Change is possible, but the only person you can change is yourself.
 
Isn’t that liberating?
 
Knowing that no one can stop you gives you the freedom to chase what you truly want.
