When you face difficulty, take a breath. Be present without judgment. Let go of thoughts like 'this shouldn't be happening.' Release blame—whether it's directed at yourself or others. You don't have to figure it all out alone.
 
Acknowledge the situation, take accountability, and reach out for support. While you can't avoid every challenge, you can choose how long it lingers.
 
Notice when you're caught in reactive patterns—like blaming, criticizing, or feeling overwhelmed. How can you shift to a mindful, proactive stance in those heated moments?
 
Practice. Practice. Practice. Breathe through your reactive mind and, instead of reacting, pause and ask a clarifying question. Over time, this shift will become second nature.
