​Work. Just say the word, and people will groan and imagine effort, struggle, and stress. Now say, fun. Instantly, it brings to mind relaxation, joy, and celebration.
 
So, how do you make work fun? By making it fulfilling.
 
The promise of fulfillment doesn't mean you'll always feel completely satisfied—there's always more to learn and grow. But when your work is meaningful, it's easier to find joy in the journey, even when things get tough.
 
The key is to find what you LOVE in your work. When you bring passion to the work you are doing, mistakes and setbacks don't derail you—they drive you to grow. And if you're working primarily for the money, make sure that money fuels what brings you happiness. When your earnings contribute to your joy, both your work and its rewards gain purpose.
