Regret is real, and it can be heavy. But don’t let past regrets shape the choices you make today. Instead, move through regret with compassion—for the person you were when you made those decisions. Recognize that you’ve grown, and that person isn’t who you are today. Acknowledge your regrets without judgment and see them as valuable lessons rather than burdens.
