Are your concerns bogging you down? Whether it’s a minor agitation or a major misgiving, remember this: you are like the sun, shining even when doubts and worries create a fog around you. Concerns are like windows covered by thick drapes—pull them back to see more clearly. When you do, you’ll catch a glimpse of what’s holding your concern in place and what might release those uneasy feelings. How do you pull them back? Adopt a ‘let’s look’ approach. It’s simple: set down your concern for a moment and explore the issue without attachment. You can always pick your worries back up later, but perhaps this time, you’ll have found a remedy to put in place. Choose to believe there is a solution.
