How do you relax the energy around something you wish you’d handled differently?

Start with acceptance and forgiveness.

Acceptance means taking responsibility for your actions and understanding their impact. Forgiveness allows you to let go of the need to be right, opening the door to new insights.

To truly embrace acceptance and forgiveness, it’s important to release the grievance you hold about what happened and let go of any lingering resentment or regret.

The goal is not to reclaim what you wanted or felt you deserved but to rebuild the relationship.
