When is guilt useful? When it motivates you to act. If you’re feeling guilty, use it as a prompt to face the facts and take action. You have the choice to fix it or forgive it. Guilt tries to keep the past in place, but that helps no one. If you can’t fix it, learn from it and forgive yourself. Remember, it’s a new day. Comments are closed.
