Do you need more time? Consider setting your alarm to get up earlier with the intention to use that extra time to bring you fulfillment. This could mean tackling tasks that have carried over from yesterday’s list and are still on your mind. It might also mean dedicating time to self-care, like exercising, meditating, soaking in a hot bath, or even calling a loved one. Each night, empty your mind by writing down what needs to be completed, including those things that nurture you.
