Don't let one 'bad' day turn into two. You've probably had days where you ate those 'forbidden' foods, skipped meditation, neglected your exercise, or stayed up too late. Before you know it, a day becomes a week, and you wake up tired and wondering what happened. Instead of succumbing, replace disappointment with the courage to persevere.
