Notice what you tell yourself repeatedly. You’ll soon discover that these are your routine perceptions, shaping how you see the world. Are they helping you thrive or holding you back? Do they reveal something missing, a call to action, or reasons to stop what you’re doing? The good news is your perception can change or, at least, be questioned. By changing your thoughts, you can change how you perceive yourself and others. Gently test any routine way of thinking with this question, “Does this make me stronger and more capable?” Then, you’ll know whether to keep or change that line of thinking. Comments are closed.
