Consider areas prone to excess, such as diet, screen time, and alcohol consumption. Incorporating limitations can be transformative. It's about distinguishing between healthy restraint and unnecessary deprivation—a deliberate choice to limit some aspect of your intake that would immediately uplift your spirit.
