Check your posture every day. Stand tall, shoulders rolled back, head held high, and arms relaxed at your sides. Take a deep breath, and as you exhale, consciously lower and relax your shoulders. You might be surprised to find them tensed up near your ears! Notice how much easier it is to breathe. It only takes a minute, but the self-care you’ll experience will last much longer.
