In 1979 he helped create a consulting firm called Human Factors, which honed his skills in the world of business. A few years later, with his wife Paulette, he started the management consulting firm, Empowerment Technology Corporation, which blended business & spiritual principles to teach individuals and companies ways to develop personal effectiveness. In 1996, he helped create Illuminations and became the VP of Training. He is a writer and speaker, and the creative force behind one-now. Some of the subjects he writes and speaks about include: living an accountable life, waking up from the cultural trance, alignment of thoughts and actions, developing a spiritual practice, and awakening personal fulfillment.
