This section began with one question, “What matters most?” I’ve asked it of many people over the years, and especially with friends I treasure and respect. Recently I began to record some of these conversations. They are unrehearsed, and unscripted, which I find refreshingly spontaneous. Each one is unique, and yet there is a thread that flows through them all. Perhaps they will help you clarify what matters most to you.

Our motto here at one-now is: Awareness itself is the teacher. A bold statement for sure, and challenging too, for it asks that you pay attention in those areas where habits have taken the place of mindfulness. Each week I will post a subject that evokes questions aimed at awakening dormant energies of the mind, or refining those already awake. I invite you to take what is said to heart, try it on as a practice, and report back in the comments section what you notice.
